Over 50’s Personal Training and Exercise Classes.
Book private personal training sessions, get a small group of friends together or join in on our weekly exercise classes suited to our over 50’s clients (strong seniors).
All sessions will combine a balanced mix of age-appropriate Strength and Cardiovascular Training, Mobility, Balance and Coordination. They are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals and are delivered by our highly qualified instructors & therapists with over 12 years of experience in the industry.
Specific rehabilitation and individual programs can be created through our Physiotherapy and Recovery services if required. But this program is designed to take your strength, fitness and well-being to a new level with qualified support!
