Learn moreLloyd is a Sports Scientist, ZUU & Ankorr Master Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and the Owner and Director of Aspire. Lloyd has set about uniting a team of like-minded individuals who are highly skilled in their respective fields to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to train in.
He has been passionate about creating an ego-free community, where members of all ages and abilities can come together to socialise and safely train together in a healthy & balanced manner to help improve all areas of their physical and mental health.

It means that I get to work with a great group of humans who love all things fitness and dog-related. With both the City Beach and Osborne Park locations, they’re lovely spaces to call the office. From starting as a client in 2013 to now being a trainer, it’s been cool to see the growth as a business and community over time. It makes me very excited to be a part of the process!

Either new age EDM or old school belters.
What motivates you to keep fit and healthy?
I’ve had more than my fair share of serious injuries and you take your health for granted until you’re faced with something that keeps you from doing what you love. Your health is your number one asset, and you can’t take that for granted.

Working at Aspire means being able to work in an environment with a passionate group of people, who are constantly looking to better their knowledge about the human body. This, combined with having the opportunity to train a community of people in a friendly/ego-free manner keeps me coming back every day!
What is your favourite style/type of exercise and why?
I have a strong passion for functional strength and conditioning training. By diversifying your fitness methods, you can achieve a well-rounded, balanced level of fitness and avoid becoming stagnant with your progress.
