Laura

Laura has been a part of it all at Aspire. Originally trialing one of our community events she nervously approached asking if she could join up.

Fast forward nearly 4 years and this super Mum of two has prioritised her health and wellbeing losing over 20kgs in the process! Far more important than this she has bonded with others in the same boat and made lifetime friends around the gym.

Between weekly BOX, MOVE & STRONG classes she is making time to study her PT course and even handles our administration at Aspire. She has taken part in every event we’ve had, even making the difficult choice to leave her kids for the first time ever to participate in our Bali retreat!

She’s an awesome role model to her boys and we love having her down! Keep up the amazing work and thank you for all that you do for our team.
