Choose from 15 weekly classes expertly programmed and supervised by our experienced trainers. Can’t make a class? Jump onto our online visual programming and complete the class in your own time OR access our open gym and follow the days workout on screen.
Open Gym Access
Take advantage of our open gym access and train at a convenient time for you, allowing you to keep your training flexible but stick to the schedule. Follow our onscreen virtual workouts so you know exactly what to do, or work through your own program in your own time.
Infra Red Sauna & Cold Therapy
Relax, breathe and take some time for you. Experience the many mental and physical health benefits of Infrared Sauna Therapy and Cold Water Immersion. Combine the two with movement & breath-work and experience the natural high today!
Pre & Post Scans
Ever wondered how your training and nutrition is affecting your body? Find out exactly what's going on by taking an optional pre and post program scan. Identify health risks, measure your muscle mass, body fat %, bone density and over 40 other body composition measurements.

Breathwork & Ice Bath Workshop
We are excited to welcome Nina who is a Pranayama breathwork and meditation facilitator as part of our 'Recovery Sunday' sessions. In todays society dominated by constant stimulation, social media, stressful workloads and financial pressure it is a vital practice which can help to regulate our nervous systems, calm our overactive minds and reconnect with ourselves.
