As our very first client at Aspire, she has immersed herself in our fitness community trying every class from strength and boxing to pilates and personalised sessions with Lloyd. For over 15 years she has committed to training up to four times a week and the results go well beyond physical.
Over the course of this time, life has thrown Connie difficult challenges, including bowel cancer, which she has since successfully battled and overcome. She is back living her best life, running her businesses, travelling WA with her husband Jim on the back of a motorbike, exploring the world and experiencing life to its fullest! Connie is living proof that dedication and a positive outlook to health and overall wellness can carry you through the most significant of life’s challenges. She remains an absolute inspiration to us all!

Blake reluctantly joined us a few years back as part of his company’s corporate health and wellness program with the simple goal of getting more exercise into his routine.
Struggling through just one session a week initially, it took consistency and hard work to break his existing habits. Not long after Blake started to make small but consistent changes to his nutrition (including a bourbon or two less on the weekend!) coupled with two weekly sessions his life took on a new lease.
Blake began noticing an extra spring in his step and positive change in his body shape and overall mental state. Now over 20kg lighter and in the best mental shape of his life he’s doing tremendous things with his career and kiddos. He mixes training with paddle board sessions, skate and Mui Thai with the kids. He’s an absolute legend of a bloke and an inspiration to his young family! We love having you down and keep up the fantastic work!

Thomas came to Aspire wanting efficiency in his workouts. As director of a corporate company in the city, time is precious.
Through working with Lloyd in personal training sessions, and incorporating extra swim and run sessions, he’s improved his heath tenfold. His improved mobility, movement, strength and flexibility has far more of a mental benefit to him helping him to switch off from the office when needed and return more productive. This ‘energy giving’ routine enables him to help out more when he returns home from a days work and enjoys time playing with his kids (twin babies and young son to be exact!) A keen Liverpool fan, social league player, and all around friendly scotsman, Thomas is a great example of our #dowhatyoucando philosophy in action!
