140 SGT 8 WEEK CHALLENGE:

Are you ready to embark on a health and wellness journey that will challenge you physically and mentally but keep you motivated, accountable, connected and strong?!
This challenge is designed for all levels of fitness and kicks off 17th March. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned gym-goer, there’s a place for you in this challenge with a mixture of online and in person training, team challenges, body scans and healthy habit tracking.
You’ll have the opportunity to join in the challenge as an individual or enter a team from your company. Each week you’ll punch credits toward your health and wellness by attendance, physical and mental challenges, and taking part in some friendly competition within classes. There will be an online component with healthy tips and tricks and things you can do outside of the gym/classes if the times don’t suit, or you prefer to exercise in your own time.
The program is an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself, practice some resilence, make new friends and keep each other accountable in the workplac
